Uniform Exchange
Uniform Exchange
Have your kids outgrown their school uniforms? Are your closets and hampers full of school uniforms that don’t fit your kids anymore? The Uniform Exchange at St. Joseph's is there to help in either situation. At least twice a year, you can donate your old uniforms (shirts, blouses, ties, pants, shorts, pinafores, sweaters, etc.) and/or pick up uniforms for your kids.
There is no cost to participate, and even if you don’t have anything to donate, you are welcome to take what you need! Located in the vestibule across from the school office, the Exchange is usually open at the beginning of each school year and once again after the Christmas break. Volunteers fold and sort all clothing items by type and size. Many of the clothes that remain after each Uniform Exchange are then donated to less privileged schools. Notices will come home the next time Uniform Exchange is going to be open.
