Giving Tree

Choose a Gift

Our Annual St. Joseph Giving Tree has started! We would very much appreciate your support and prayers so we have another successful Giving Tree for the holidays.

This year our Parish Giving Tree will support Good Neighbors of Cuyahoga Falls and the Peter Maurin Center.  Beginning November 8, choose your virtual ornament and gift to purchase OR pick out an ornament from the physical Giving Tree in Church beginning November 20. All unwrapped and labeled gifts must be returned to Nolan Hall in the lower level of the Church either between 4- 6:30pm on December 4 or between 7:30am - 1pm on December 5.

Want to help double?  Purchase your gift card donations from the weekly Gift Card Program!   If you like, you can leave your donation purchased from the Gift Card Program with our volunteer at the gift card table, and they will get the cards to the rectory.  THANK YOU in advance for supporting our Giving Programs for the Holidays!

Good Neighbors of Cuyahoga Fall helps families and individuals in times of crisis and need with clothing, emergency food, and support.  The need this year is great as their number of clients is growing. This year they are giving out holiday food items, toys, and supermarket gift cards throughout the month of November to all our regular clients. They are requesting donations of NEW gifts for teens, boys and girls, ages 12 and up as well as supermarket gift cards.

The Peter Maurin Center is an outreach ministry in south Akron, Ohio. It is a place where all of God's children are welcome and can find food, drink, friendship, and God's love. Volunteers also go out into the field and to help folks survive the harshness of the weather. They are looking for hand / feet warmers, one-day Metro Bus passes, socks, hats, gloves, long underwear, blankets, sleeping Bags, tents and tarps.
