Staff Member: Melissa Rodgers
As the General Manager, Melissa Messina-Rodgers is focusing on creating plans to raise funds for capital improvement and increasing enrollment through the promotion of the Early Childhood Learning Center (grades preschool - kindergarten). She will also be guiding the creation of annual budget, handling HR issues, managing programs to raise funds for Parish (Church & School), creating a plan to reconnect with and engage alumni, and creating better awareness in both external community and internal parish through media outlets.
Throughout her career, Melissa has specialized in working with businesses and organizations to develop cost-effective and easy-to-maintain strategic plans - both long-term and short-term - that increase profitability and reach through public relations and marketing communications. She has worked with key staff to create annual budgets. She has managed the development and production of websites and social media, newsletters, sales sheets, training manuals/materials. She has developed content for communications vehicles including web pages, news releases, newsletters, and magazine articles through research, interviews and writing. She has formerly worked at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Babcock & Wilcox, and Honeywell Safety Products in various management roles.
