In order to participate in the Confirmation Program, please complete the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM
Please return the following to the Parish Catechetical Leader (PCL):
• A Baptismal Certificate, if not Baptized at Saint Joseph’s
• Completed Candidate Packet (See link below. Candidate must turn this into Mrs. Plaspohl)
• $75.00 Materials Fee (If this poses a problem, contact the PCL)
