Service Day 2026


Service Opportunities Include:

 

  • Church - Pew Cleaning - Please bring your own cleaning bucket (Family Friendly) - 9:00am- 2:00pm
  • Church - Other Cleaning - Such as: High cleaning/dusting, Statue Cleaning, entrance doors/glass panes, Candles/stands - 9:00am- 2:00pm
  • 40 Days for Life - 9:30am- 12:00pm - Prayer in Front of Clinic (All Ages)
  • Haven of Rest - 9:30am- 2:00pm - Serving and Preparing Lunch (age 10+)
  • St. Bernard's Sandwiches - 9:00am- 12:00pm - In Nolan Hall: Make bologna and mustard sandwiches to freeze and decorate Easter bags (Family Friendly)
  • The Father McCarthy Neighborhood Trash Pick Up - 9:00am- 12:30pm. Meet in Jones Hall (Family Friendly)
  • Delivery - St. Bernard's Sandwiches 1:00- 2:30pm - Deliver Sandwiches to St. Bernard's from Nolan Hall
  • Visit nursing homes with Small Seed Ministry - 12:30- 4:00pm (Family Friendly)

 

We are offering multiple service opportunities during the morning and afternoon.  Sign-up and we will finalize team assignments as we know how many people are coming.  

Donations

 

  • St. Bernard’s: bread, bologna, American cheese, sandwich ziploc bags, paper lunch bags

 

Food donations can be dropped off at Nolan Hall on the following days & times:

  • 6:00-8:00pm on Wednesday, March 18 in Nolan Hall during the Adoration & Art Session
  • 5:30-7:00pm on Friday, March 20 at the Lenten Dinner
  • 9:00am on Saturday, March 21 before Service Day begins


Monetary donations may be dropped off at the Parish Office during the weekdays by Thursday, March 19.
